Abstract:
As the first M payment services are launched in Morroco, banks and other financial services companies are wondering about the acceptance of these new payment solutions in Morroco. This study focuses on the identification of the determinants of M payment acceptance among Morrocan citizens. The literature review highlighted several models with the main determinants in different countries. The field study conducted in Morocco on 288 individuals showed that individual experience with Bank services, Innovativness, perceived risk, Usefulness and Ease of use are key determinants in the individual intention to use M Payment.
