The main theme of IRI§ 2022 is »Digital Law». "The law must adapt, and also shape." The work argues that these goals can be achieved with the help of a slightly changed perspective on law and the use of modern technologies. To this end, it captures the architecture of law as a neural network in an open, vibrant and international digital ecosystem.
