Abstract:
Over the past few years, the development of SME has grown tremendously. Taking into account the envisaged future study expansion of SMEs, this study aimed to assess the capabilities of information management, knowledge management, innovation and technology aspects. Capability is the ability that SMEs own in mobilizing their resources to achieve desired goals. However, is there a link how SMEs’ capabilities affect the sustainable competitive advantage? More specifically, are SMEs more likely dependents on these capabilities to remain sustain? Therefore, this paper attempts to investigate the answers by compiling data from 210 owners of SMEs using purposive sampling. All relationships were found to be significant; only information management capability was found not to be significant
