Abstract:
This article discusses the problem of constructing a fuzzy modeling method in human resource management and assessing the degree of personnel efficiency. A method of multivariate data analysis in the management of human resources management processes with the implementation of the fuzzy inference procedure is proposed, which allowed to evaluate the degree of personnel performance. Thus, the proposed method and procedures for fuzzy data modeling allow us to study multidimensional processes of human resource management using cloud technologies.
