This framework allows for the construction of families of weakly coupled super-renormalisable Euclidean fermionic field theories and the study of their correlations. Building on these ideas, I will also consider the extension to many-body interacting states on the lattice, where similar stochastic methods can be applied to construct the corresponding Grassmann measures and study relevant observables. Our preliminary results indicate that the FBSDE formulation provides a flexible and alternative tool for the analysis of interacting fermionic states.
