Abstract:
Internet banking refers to "a banking channel that enables customers to perform a wide range of financial and informal services through a banking website." Internet banking provides customers with an opportunity to manage and control their financial and transaction accounts through a banking website. The present study investigates the factors affecting the intention to adopt and recommend the technology to others: based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. This applied research is descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study consisted of Amol Tejarat Bank. A total of 384 samples were selected using a non-random sampling method at a 95% confidence level based on Cochran's sampling formula. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. After data collecting and hypotheses test, it was concluded that individual and environmental factors affect the acceptance and recommendation of internet banking to others.
