Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the research project "Emergency Education Policy for Teachers: what is proclaimed and accomplished with the regime of collaboration and follow-up of graduates of the Plano National de Formação de Professors (National Plan of Teacher Education (PARFOR/2013-2016)." It is a project of a national view, aiming at the emergency policies of teachers´ training who work in basic education, but does not have a specific graduate course to act as a teacher. The objective of the research is to follow the course participants in the face-to-face modality and to analyze the impacts of the training in the teaching practice. The research is a qualitative approach with content analysis of questionnaires answered by the teachers combined with an analysis of interviews held with the principals of the schools where the graduates act. For the development of these methodological procedures we will take the Web Qualitative Data Analyzes (webQDA) software
