Abstract:
The increasing competitiveness generated by Fast-fashion and the slow growth of a PYME in the textile-clothing sector with more than 30 years in the market has generated losses represented and the closure of 2 boutiques in the last 2 years, so it is very important analyze the current production system proposing alternatives based on the philosophy of Lean Manufacturing and an RFID technology system.
