On behalf of the university (PUET) is the founder, manager and academic director of the first and only consortium of six European higher education institutions in Ukraine (funded by the European Union): Advenio eAcademy (Malta), Ioannina University (Greece), St. Stephen's University (Hungary), Hungary Bari Aldo Moreau (Italy), University of Žilina (Slovakia), Poltava University of Economics and Trade (Ukraine), which developed and ensured the full implementation of the international network on-line master's program in entrepreneurship. The international innovative online educational program is certified by the National Commission for Postgraduate and Higher Education of Malta (NCFHE). Academic director of the training module - "Fundraising for the launch and growth of small and medium enterprises".

The international internship took place in the top universities of the European Union, including: Bologna University (Italy), Central European University (Hungary), Malaga University (Spain), Budapest Metropolitan University (Hungary), Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University (Poland), internship within the project "Formation of anti-corruption behavior and social responsibility Anti-Corruption Mechanism of the European and Central Asian Education Network of the British International Integrity Action Organization (London, Great Britain) at the Central European University (Budapest, Hungary) and the Cooperative Trade University of Moldova (Chisinau, Moldova).
