Doctor of science, professor, The University of the State Fiscal Service, Institute of Information Technologies, Department of Economic Cybernetics, Ukraine, Irpin city in Kiev Region.

Was born in 1977, graduated from the Economics-mathematical modeling Department of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in 1999.

Since 2000 worked in Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Institute of Information Technologies in Economics.

In 2002 obtained scientific degree Candidate of economic sciences in specialty Mathematical methods, models and information technologies in the economics.

Since 2019 has been working in The University of the State Fiscal Service (Irpin city in Kiev Region), Institute of Information Technologies as a professor at the Department of Economic Cybernetics.

In 2020 received scientific degree Doctor of economic sciences in specialty Money, Finance and Credit.

Research area: Risk Management Models in Emergent Economy;  Monitoring, Modeling, Forecasting and Preemption of Crisis in Socio-Economic Systems; Monitoring, Modeling and Forecasting in the Banking Sector.

Publications: 5 textbooks and more than 120 papers in scientific journals and volumes in book series.
