Makazan Evgenia has been working as an associate professor of the Department of Business Administration and Management of Foreign Economic Activity at the Faculty of Management (Zaporizhia National University) since 2009. She has more than 20 years of teaching experience in higher education institutions of the IV level of accreditation. Evgenia has a significant practical experience at industrial enterprises, held the senior positions in educational institutions and commercial organizations. She is an author of 160 scientific papers published in professional journals and collections of 15 countries, including articles in journals included in international scientometrics data bases. Evgenia Makazan's research interests include: strategic management, gender research, human capital as a resource for economic development, investment management, corporate governance, etc.
