Born in Kyiv in 1982. The sphere of my professional interests is international economy and international relations. 

In the period from 2008 to 2010 I was involved in the preparation of regulations that were sent to the Administration of the President of Ukraine. From 2010 to the present time I am engaged in the preparation of analytical materials in the field of the international economy and international relations, which are sent to the Office of the President of Ukraine, other Central Executive Authorities. In the period from 2011 to 2013 I took an active part in the joint Ukrainian-Slovak project "The Convention of Ukraine on the EU", the main task of which was to provide recommendations to the Government of Ukraine regarding the preparation of the Association Agreement with the EU.

Since 2014 I have been participating in the preparation of expert reports, which are published by the Council of Foreign Policy "Ukrainian Prism" and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation Mission in Ukraine.

Since 2016 I actively comment on political and economic processes on various TV and radio programs, as well as in articles for news sites.

In 2020, I received the degree of Candidate of Sciences in Economics.
