Yevhen Liulchenko was born in 1951. He received his scientific degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in1991 and his Associate Professor in 1995. He has more than 50 scientific publications. Research interests: survey and reinforcement of building structures; computer simulation of building structures, buildings, and structures.
