Liudmyla Martseva, born in 1961, received a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree from the Vinnitsa Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky State Pedagogical University, Ukrain, in 2005, and a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences degree from the Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, Ukrain in 2015. Her research interests include modern engineering training and modern pedagogical technologies.
