Iryna Volodymyrivna Albul was born on 23 September, 1977 in the town of Uman, Cherkasy region< Ukraine. In 1999 she graduated from Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University and got a qualification of a primary school teacher and choreography teacher.

In 2001 - 2004 was a Postgraduate student at Pavlo Tyhcyna Uman State Pedagogical University. In 2005 defended the dissertation for the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences in the specialty 13.00.01 - general pedagogy and history of pedagogy.

Since 2004 has been working at Pavlo Tyhcyna Uman State Pedagogical University as a lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor.

Since 2019 is a Head of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Social Work of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University.
