Olena Ovchynnikova, PhD of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Automated Systems and Modeling in Economics, Khmelnytskyi National University,  Ukraine.

Olena Ovchynnikova, received a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree (Dr. phil.) from the Technological University of Podillya, in 2003 (Economic and mathematical modeling).

Since 1995, she has been working at the Khmelnytskyi National University, where she is currently Associate Professor of the Department of Automated Systems and Modeling in Economics. Her research interests include Economic and Mathematical Modeling of Complex Economic Systems, Migration Processes, Modeling Migration, Demographics, Economic Cybernetics (information theory, systems, fuzzy logic), Sustainable Development of Territories.

 She has published a number of papers in international journals and volumes in book series.
