SGE&WCL2023: 2023 SOCIETY OF GOVERNMENT ECONOMISTS’ ANNUAL CONFERENCE CO-SPONSORED WITH AMERICAN UNIVERSITY’S WASHINGTON COLLEGE OF LAW
Location

The SGE Annual Conference will be held at American University Washington College of Law located at 4300 Nebraska Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. 20016 just off Tenley Circle.

Registration will be in Founder's lobby in front of Claudio Grossman Hall in the Yuma Building on the terrace level. All sessions will be in the Yuma and Warren Buildings, which are interconnected. If the weather permits, the reception will be in the Quad off the Yuma Building first floor level. The Yuma entrance doors are locked so please use the Warren entrance to access the conference. If arriving by public transportation

From the Metro Red Line’s AU-Tenleytown Station, walk south on Wisconsin Avenue for a couple of blocks. Take a right onto Nebraska Street at Tenley Circle and come through the Warren entrance. At the Information Desk, take a right and head through the commons to the Yuma Building. Head left toward Claudio Grossman Hall.

If getting dropped off

If being dropped off by cab or Uber, please use the Warren Building entrance. The address of the Warren Building is 4300 Nebraska Ave NW.

To park

Parking is available in the garage under the law school at 4300 Nebraska Ave. NW, Washington, D.C. 20016.  The driveway to the garage is on Nebraska between Tenley Circle and Warren Street. Drive to the end of either P1 or P2 level in the garage. Parking is $2 per hour, to a maximum of $16 per day. You can pay for parking via machines in the elevator lobby or by using the PayByPhone Parking App, which you should download prior to arriving at the conference. After parking, take the bank of elevators there to the right, come up to the Terrace Level, make an immediate left, and Claudio Grossman Hall is in front of you.

Park in the garage and not on neighborhood streets while at the conference. The University is located in a residential neighborhood. All conference and event clients are required to read and advise their attendees of the University Parking Policy.
