Mohammadreza Jalaeian (Reza), Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Research Associate with ShadowBox LLC. He completed his Ph.D. in Learning Systems Design & Technology from Southern Illinois University. He works on design of learning systems that accelerate expertise in professional domains, specifically law enforcement. He is part of the team that works on Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) program to develop cognitive tutorials to enhance performance. He has had responsibility for consult with business departments at the Federal Reserve Bank System to support, develop, and deliver learning solutions, provide strategic support to clients and leaders in moderate situations, and consult in project management.
