Ehsan Azad is a third-year PhD student at Cardiff University, under the supervision of Dr Roberto Quaglia. His research activities include device characterisation, behavioural modelling, and power amplifier designs.

He’s been involved in the recent development of the Cardiff model to be used in the design process of Doherty power amplifiers with multi-bias configurability.
