Bio

Pasquale Tommasino received the Master degree in Electronic Engineering and the Ph. D. degree from the University of Rome "La Sapienza," in 1992 and 1999 respectively.

Since 1995, he has been with the Electronic Engineering Department of the University of Rome "La Sapienza", where from 2007 is Assistant Professor. His research interests include the design of integrated and hybrid circuits for RF communication systems and sensor networks.

He is co-author of about 80 papers published in international reviews or presented at international conferences. He has often carried out his research activity in the framework of international programs funded by European institutions, and involving both industrial and academic partners:

- Participation to Network of Excellence: “TARGET - Top Amplifier Research Groups in a European Team”, 6th FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME, from February 2004 to February 2007.

-  Participation to Sub-Project “ESM signal processing for LPI signals”, in the framework of SPREWS, “Signal Processing for Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems”, EDA Ad Hoc Type B Proposal, from January 2009 to January 2012.

- Participation to Collaborative project: "GENESIs: Green sEnsor NEtworks for Structural monItoring", 7th FRAMEWORK PROGRAMME, from May 2010 to May 2013.

-  Participation to WorkPackage 3 “Design of Integrated Circuits for Smart Systems and System test”, in the framework of TARANTO, “ TowARds Advanced bicmos NanoTechnology platforms for rf to thz applicatiOns”,  H2020 – ECSEL Research and Innovation Actions (RIA) 2016, from April 2017 to February 2021.
