Ilaria Marasco received her master's degree, summa cum laude, in Telecommunication Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bari in October 2019 discussing the thesis “Flexible Meander Antenna for SAW sensors”. Since November 2019 she joined the NPEG-lab of Polytechnic University of Bari as a PhD student in collaboration with IIT (Istituo Italiano di Tecnologia) sited in Lecce. Her main research interests regard electrically small antennas on wearable and biodegradable substrates, fabrication technologies for flexible and compact antennas and piezoelectric resonators for microwave filters and sensors.
