Serhii Hennadiiovych Saveliev is professor of the Department of Metallurgy of Ferrous Metals and Foundry of Kryvyi Rih National University. He received a Ph.D., a senior research fellow, and a DSc in ferrous metallurgy from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, Donetsk Research Institute of Ferrous Metallurgy and Priazov State Technical University in 1977, 1993 and 2018, respectively. The main area of research by Dr. Saveliev is the processes of agglomeration of iron ore materials.
