Farida Issatayeva, born in 1975, Kazakh, Master, graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Economics and Management in Construction in 2002. Karaganda State Technical University majoring in Economics and Management in Construction. Master of Karaganda University "Bolashak" with a degree in Economics, PhD doctorate 3^rd year student.

From 2004 to 2006, Isataeva Farida  worked at the department of "Management at the enterprise" of KSTU as an assistant, and from 2006 to 2007 as a teacher, from 2007 to 2017 as a senior teacher.

She gave lectures and practical classes in the following disciplines: “Modeling and forecasting of economic processes”, “Analysis of investment projects”, “Economics of the repair and construction enterprise”, “Technique and technology of social services”; for students of technical specialties: “Economics of construction”, “Economics of architectural design”, “Economics of an enterprise”, “Economics and management in mechanical engineering”, “Economics of road construction”; "Industry Economics" including in the state. groups in the Kazakh language. The management of the graduate design of students of economic specialties was carried out.
