Tommi M. Elo is working on system dynamics models of the allocative efficiency of resource usage generated by anti-rival DLT accounting systems in the EU Horizon 2020 ATARCA. He is a graduating PhD Candidate Researcher at Aalto University, Finland, preparing a dissertation on Decentralised Governance with Feedback Economics and Open Blockchains.
