Authors' Instructions
Latest instructions to authors will be posted on this page.
Key dates are:
- 15 September 2017: Last day to submit your revised paper
- 15 October 2017: Last day to submit your final paper
- 20 October 2017
1 November 2017: Last day to submit your presentation - 6-8 November 2017: ICCRTS-KSCO 2017
Authors with papers accepted for the conference :
- The presentation material (slides in pdf or Powerpoint) will have to be downloaded on EasyChair by the 20th of October 2017 (Program author -> My Talk -> Upload slides (top right corner)).
- At the conference, each paper will have 20 minutes for presentation followed by 10 minutes for discussions.
- The full paper will be part of the ICCRTS or KSCO proceedings.
- Notice that the abstract of the paper provided on Easychair will be used for the conference program. In the case the abstract has been modified since the initial submission, please update it on EasyChair.
Poster session:
- ICCRTS requires that authors produce a 2-page summary (to be uploaded on EasyChair ).
- Authors will have to bring the visual display material at the conference.
- Notice that the abstract of the submission provided on Easychair will be used for the conference program. In the case the abstract has been modified since the initial submission, please update it on EasyChair.
