33rd International Conference on Efficiency, Cost, Optimization, Simulation and Environmental Impact of Energy Systems (ECOS 2020)
The ECOS 2020 Local Organizing Committee(LOC) will not hold an online conference officially.
However, the LOC generated this virtual program for volunteers who would like to test tools for a virtual conference for the future online conference.
Voluntary participants, please prepare your Slide, Video or Powerpoint file to present at the TEST-DRIVE session on the zoom meeting.
LOC will deliver an invitation for the zoom meeting by August 30.

To volunteers,
LOCs re-generated the final program for the virtual conference environment without VCS(virtual conference solution) by EasyChair(updated August 30)
LOCs are expecting that volunteers will test the functions below and report us.
Hopefully, we also expect volunteers to participate in the special session (21:00~22:30(JST) August 31), and check the functions below and discuss the recommendation what the effective methods/tools for a virtual conference next year are.
TEST-1: EasyChair's Slide service:
Check the Slide service by EasyChair on the program any time and leave some message to authors on SNS service such as Slack.
Is the presentation with slide effective?
How to prepare your slide:
Log in to EasyChair for ECOS 2020 as "program author" account, then upload your "slide" for EasyChair Smart Slide Service, then publish your slide.
Please note that published slides cannot be un-published, so they cannot just be "published" temporarily.

Check the video any time and leave some message to authors on SNS service such as Slack.

YouTube streaming service by presenters
Please upload your video file to a streaming service such as YouTube.
Add the URL into your abstract of the program.
Log in to EasyChair as "program author" then select "update information" to update the contents of your abstract.
Then add the URL in the "abstract" to access your video on the streaming service such as YouTube.
TEST-3': Online presentation at zoom meeting:
We have approved the request for the VCS demo. However, EasyChair made a mock conference for our demo as a mini-session with only two talks.
Unfortunately, EasyChair does not allow more than 10 persons to participate in the demo-VCS. The VCS demo was for the conference organizer only so far.
So, we will set-up a zoom meeting for the special sessions at 21:00~22:30(JST) on August 31.
If you prepared for the TEST-3, please check the function of zoom meeting online presentation.
Please prepare your presentation material such as PowerPoint file to present online.
TEST-3: EasyChair's VCS meeting function:
By attending the special virtual session, check the availability of the virtual conference function of VCS.
