About the location
The conference will be held at @Droog, located at Staalstraat 7 a/b, 1011 JJ in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Travel and accomodation
While participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements, we are happy to provide supporting documentation, including a formal letter of invitation, for visa applications or institutional travel authorization.
If you require such a letter for visa application purposes, please contact us at trust-rpa@uva.nl. Be sure to attach proof of successful registration to your email and include your full name and address as they appear in your passport.
We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred accommodation, as August is a busy period in Amsterdam. Please note that our team does not handle accommodation bookings for conference attendees.
Cancellation policy
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, cancel your registration via trust-rpa@uva.nl before August 1 to receive a full refund.
