Adriana Amaya Rivas is an Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Management at ESPAE,
Escuela Superior Politecnica del Litoral, Ecuador. She conducts research in the areas of sales force
management, brand management, product innovation, and customer relationshipmanagement. Her research
has been published in Journal of Service Theory and Practice, Project Management Journal, and Information Systems and e-Business Management.
