Teaching electronic literature in upper secondary school : analysis of didactic approaches and students' representations

EasyChair Preprint no. 845

4 pagesDate: March 20, 2019

Abstract

In our contribution, we present a study based on the teaching of electronic literary works in French upper secondary classes. We aim to question the integration of digital technologies inside the French curriculum, by suggesting and analyzing innovative didactic approaches. To this end, four teachers working in the Fribourg and Vaud cantons (Switzerland) are currently participating in a study and various data is being collected and analyzed (didactic approaches; students’ feedback through a survey). Our intention is, to some extent, to answer the question underlying our research, namely how electronic literary texts alter both students’ representations and teaching methods, in regard to reading and literature.

Keyphrases: Didactic Approach, digital literature, electronic literature, students' representations, Teaching of French, upper secondary school
