Abstract

In this paper, we will present the monitoring of civil structures, dam type made with the topographic level. The need for timely monitoring of hydro-technical structures, particularly dams, has emerged since the first incidents, or even breaks of these types of objectives. Dams monitoring guarantees both a reduction in the risk of breakage and consequences in the event of breakage. The study of the behavior of civil engineering in service stage ensures structural health objectives, stability, safety and prevents loss of material and life. In parallel with the development of society, topographic methods and technologies have evolved to monitor behavior during the achievement phase of objectives. Moreover, the digital level instrument remains the most accurate equipment used in the monitoring of vertical spatial displacements. The aim of this scientific work is to describe the causes of vertical spatial displacements on the monitored dams. In addition, the interpretation of each mark on the objectives will be discussed during three observation cycles from the beginning of their execution.
