Abstract

Nowadays it is important to provide the teacher with interesting didactic tools so that the teacher becomes a true facilitator of both the virtual classroom and the face-to-face classroom. It is for this reason that in the present investigation we carry out a study that determines the type of multiple intelligence that the university student possesses. This paper presents the descriptive analysis of multiple intelligences, measured with the Multiple Intelligences Test proposed by Gardner, for a sample of 494 students during the period 2020-2 to 2022-1, from various engineering departments of the Tecnologico Nacional de México/ Technological Institute of Hermosillo. The results show that 37.85% of the students in this sample have a higher value in intra-personal intelligence, followed by 35.43% with logical-mathematical intelligence, while the lowest value is presented in bodily kinesthetic intelligence.
