EasyChair Preprint no. 4542

2 pagesDate: November 11, 2020

Abstract

The effect of orange essential oil on the short-term memory has been studied. The number of correct answers and spectral EEG characteristics were calculated in order to assess the effect of test solving efficacy on the short-term memory. It was shown that orange odor induced activation of the brain structures, which favored more effective information memorization during reading and reproducing.

Keyphrases: attention, quality of activity, Short-term visual memory, spectral EEG characteristics, verbal stimuli
