Abstract

Agriculture is one of the essential pillars of the economy of Mali and several African countries. The erosion of biodiversity observed is characterized by a reduction in agricultural production and strong pressure on forest resources. Protection This biodiversity is linked to the conservation of the entomofauna because of the place occupied by the insects in nature. For the preservation of the field environment, the entomological inventory is carried out. To be done We have installed traps (attractive air traps, air traps of multidirectional interception, emergence traps, malaise traps) in plots located in the following vegetable formations: forest galleries, orchard, large crop plots, vegetable garden. The samples were made every 5 days. For active surveys, the mash net was used. The diptera are the largest with 781 captured individuals belonging to 38 species. They are present in all in vegetable formations. The most important insect orders in terms of workforce are: Coleoptera, Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera. In all vegetable formations, are present the orders of beetles, diptera, odonatoptera, hemiptera, hymenoptera, lepidoptera, orthoptera and neuroptera. The population of these orders is more abundant in the orchard (n = 1018) than in other plant formations. It is vegetable garden that the number of captured individuals (n = 210) is the lowest. The study carried out has highlighted a taxonomic wealth. It is worth noting a variety of insect species that are captured only than in certain plant formations.
