Strategic Planning for the Economic Reactivation of Tourism in the Colca Valley Caylloma During and Post Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

The present work defines strategies aimed at reactivating tourism in the Colca Valley - Caylloma after the Covid-19 Pandemic, the population of Caylloma is directly or indirectly related to tourist activity, this being one of the main sources of income generation for companies, families and residents. The situation prior and current to the generated pandemic was analyzed, then effective strategies were formulated and finally the Balanced Scorecard methodology was used where objectives, indicators and goals were proposed and then these are reflected in a strategic map.
