Birmingham Mid – Head Resection Implant

Abstract

This document shows the development of a static study of the effort that a BMHR prosthesis implanted in the femur undergoes when the patient is standing in a neutral position and without moving. The design of the prosthesis and the process of its implantation in the bone are shown and the results of the study are compared, considering two types of material pairs.
