Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Methods of Development of Web Applications

Abstract

Most of the methods and methodologies that exist for the development of Web applications guide a group of developers through a set of predefined stages and steps without taking into account a specific situation, such as: elements of the development context, type of users of the application, tools, technologies, development experience, etc. of each project. For this reason, this article presents an analysis of four methods to determine its flexibility and ability to adapt to specific situations or modeling contexts in the domain of the application, according to the concepts and principles of development of methods and web engineering. The LSP (Logic Scoring of Preference) method is used to determine the effectiveness of these four web development methods.
