Abstract

FAST diagram is used in order to determine the functional structure of a technical system, to later identify the existing contradictions using the TRIZ method within a specific context established by a protocol generated in the current health crisis caused by COVID-19. This analysis results in the design of a prototype that serves as a comprehensive solution for the needs of a business group that exerts its influence in the field of food and beverage preparation and sale. This prototype responds to the design needs established to increase economic interactions in the tertiary sector, keeping the objective of reducing the contagion rate in environments that usually have a large masses concentration.
