Abstract

The internationalization of enterprises in the artisanal sector of Nariño and Putumayo is a complex process influenced by various organizational factors. This study analyzes the influence of production capacity, product quality, technological process management, international logistics, financing and knowledge of the external market as independent variables on internationalization as a dependent variable. The research focuses on micro and small businesses in both departments, using a quantitative methodology with non-experimental design and documentary and field techniques. The objective is to identify the relationship between these factors and internationalization, analyze the individual impact of each factor and provide recommendations to strengthen the organizational aspects that favor internationalization in these departments.
