Information System Governance Audit Using Framework COBIT 5 Based on APO12 Domain In Hotel Reservation Application MaxOne Balikpapan

Abstract

Hotel MaxOne Balikpapan is one of the hotels that has implemented an information system in hotel reservation activities with an application called "MaxOne Balikpapan". Given the large contribution of information technology in implementing the MaxOne application as a supporting information system, it becomes a vital system that must be avoided from risks that can hinder and cause losses to the business process management of MaxOne Hotel Balikpapan. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out risk management using the COBIT 5 framework to manage possible risks that can occur based on the APO12 (Manage Risk) domain. From the results of the evaluation of the data obtained through observations and interviews as well as the calculation of the results of the questionnaire based on 6 subdomains of APO12, the results of the risk management level capability assessment in the MaxOne hotel application are still at level 3 or have reached the level of stabilized process with the target to be achieved at level 3 4 resulting in a gap of 1 level. Based on the results obtained, it is necessary to propose recommendations that can be used by MaxOne Hotel Balikpapan in improving the application of information technology risk management so that in the future it can achieve the expected level target so that the APO12 level capability level can increase and become more optimal.
