Ergonomic Risk Assessment for Guardianship Personnel of the Milagro State University

Abstract

This work carries out an investigation on ergonomic risks to the guardian staff to analyze the best method to evaluate and implement the corresponding corrections within the guardian staff of the Milagro State University, located in the Milagro Canton. Thematic that is studied to know it from its theory, origin, its bases that help to understand the variables and their relationship to carry out an adequate evaluation, in addition to through the investigations already carried out, give due scientific validity to the methods to be used; with the objective of identifying the ergonomic risks that those who make up the guardianship personnel may be experiencing, on the consequences that these may entail on the health of the person in their work and granting the due quality and well-being to the employee in the company.
