Abstract

The study aims to identify the directions of the educational supervisor to apply electronic educational supervision in the secondary stage in Gaza Governorate and the challenges of its application from the point of view of the educational supervisors. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher will use the descriptive analytical method. And analyze it to get the results,and knowing the extent to which there is a consensus in the supervisors’ responses about the use of electronic supervision and that employing technology in education and supervision is very necessary as it is a requirement of the Ministry and its relentless endeavor to introduce technology into supervisory and educational work, and to develop a future plan for employing technology in supervisory work. As well as identifying obstacles to the electronic supervision process. Then the researcher can formulate the necessary recommendations.
