Building a Smart City in Vietnam

Abstract

To build an old city, what needs to be considered? It is infrastructure such as drainage system, power supply system, roads, etc. So what is the difference in smart city? The core of the smart city is the ICT communication system, including fiber optic data sources, radio bandwidth, smart phones, sensors, etc. They will link different aspects, shape form the flow of information, through computers to monitor and manage the city such as sensors, cloud, digitization, transmission and connection, the ideal society of information.
