It is a pleasure to invite you to serve a program committee member for the Information and Communication Technologies track at the Conference on Complex Systems 2017 (CCS’17), to be held on September 17th-22nd in Cancun, Mexico http://ccs17.unam.mx/ . Sponsored by the Complex Systems Society http://cssociety.org , this is the largest conference on complex systems and will take place in Latin America for the first time. Program committee members are expected to review not more than ten abstracts (less than 500 words each). Bidding and review will take place between March 17th and April 14th. We would also like to ask you to promote the conference through your social networks and consider presenting your work in Cancun. Below are the proposed topics for this track.
