USBEREIT 2019: 2019 Ural Symposium on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology (USBEREIT) Ural Federal University Yekaterinburg, Russia, April 25-26, 2019

The purpose of the 2019 Ural Symposium on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology (USBEREIT) is to bring together researchers and practitioners from multiple areas of radio science, including radioelectronics, information technology, biomedical engineering and others.

First USBEREIT took place on May 7, 2018 in Ural Federal University. All accepted and presented papers were published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Submission Guidelines

Author's Guidelines:

Papers must be submitted in two steps: the first step is paper submission, and the second step is paper registration.

Step 1 – Paper submission

For conference publication in IEEE Xplore, be sure to follow the IEEE paper template.

To determine whether the papers are compatible with IEEE Xplore (and how to fix the files if they are not) please follow this link: USBEREIT@PDFeXpress. Conference ID: 46642XP. When you are happy with the PDF file, click on the «approve for collection» link.

Step 2 – Paper registration

To complete your registration, please log in to the online registration and submission system by following the link https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=usbereit2019

After that, please follow menu in order to submit your paper, track your paper status or change your paper data.

Conference Fees:

• Regular: 5000 RUB (for each publication in the Conference Proceedings)
• IEEE Member: 4000 RUB (for each publication in the Conference Proceedings)

The fees should be paid after the acceptance of the paper.

IEEE membership proof is the valid IEEE card or on line access to My IEEE database, at the time of the Conference.

Please note, the papers that will not be presented at the Conference will be excluded from the USBEREIT proceedings (in accordance with the policy of IEEE Xplore "No-Shows").

One person can be author (or co-author) of no more than three papers.
