The international Upper-Rhine Artificial Intelligence Symposium organised by the TriRhenaTech alliance in cooperation with Hochschule Kaiserslautern, University of Applied Sciences supposed to be held on Wednesday, 27th October, 2021 in Kaiserslautern, Germany focuses on AI research and its application in industry, medicine and mobility.
The conference motto in 2021 is „Artificial Intelligence: application in life sciences and beyond“.
Although the symposium focus will be on life science applications, we encourage also submit additional topics, such as image processing, robotics, machine learning or social impact.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
We invite you to contribute to the conference by full paper, poster or exhibit/live demonstration. Contributions from industry are especially encouraged. Please submit an extended abstract (both full paper and poster) of no more than two pages or a short description of the exhibit/live demonstration (specifying the required space and the necessary infrastructure) for the technical program committee to base the selection on. Deadline for submission of the extended abstract is in 19th May 2021 (new date!). Acceptance notifications will be sent out by in 19th July 2021 (postponed!).
Camera-ready papers should not exceed 10 pages, references included. Papers are to be submitted in PDF format based on our LaTeX or Word UR-AI template (based on LNCS – Lecture Notes in Computer Science) and without page numbering. The program committee reserves its discretion to reject papers not complying with the guidelines. Camera-ready papers are due by 19th August 2021 (postponed!).
