We invite papers for the fourth Transdisciplinary Workplace Research Network (TWR) conference in September 2024, to be held at Edinburgh Napier University, UK.
TWR is an eclectic group of scholars and practitioners who share one goal: to contribute to the design and management of workplaces where people work to their full potential and experience elevated levels of mental and physical wellbeing. There are many different aspects that help create alignment between employees and their workplace and we therefore invite papers with a broad perspective, considering the wide spectrum of workplace research across social, physical, technological and managerial categories. The conference brings together workplace researchers, educators and practitioners from all relevant disciplines.
