Texas Linguistics Society - 21st Annual Meeting
Call for Papers: TLS 2022
The Twenty First Meeting of the Texas Linguistics Society will take place February 11th-12th, 2022. The conference will be hosted in person at the University of Texas at Austin Glickman Conference Center. The organizers invite papers from all sub-fields of linguistics. There will be a special session focusing on language identity and language learning.
This year’s keynote speakers will be Fernando Llanos (University of Texas at Austin), Joseph Hill (Rochester Institute of Technology), and Wesley Leonard (University of California, Riverside).
Presentations will be 20 minutes in length, with 10 minutes for questions/discussion. There will also be a poster session.
Abstract guidelines:
Length: 500 words maximum, excluding examples and references.
Format: Include the paper or poster title and the text of the abstract. The abstract should not include the author’s name, affiliation, or other identifying information. All abstracts will be reviewed anonymously.
(Please note that deadline for submission of abstracts has been extended from 19th November to 26th November)
