Submission Guidelines
The Silicon Valley Cybersecurity Conference (SVCC) 2027 brings together academic researchers, industry practitioners, and security professionals to foster collaboration and exchange of ideas on emerging cybersecurity challenges, with a particular emphasis on network and system security. SVCC 2027 and its co-located workshops and tutorials will be held at the Northeastern University Silicon Valley Campus on June 17–19, 2027. The conference welcomes researchers and practitioners interested in the practical aspects of cybersecurity and aims to promote the development, application, deployment, and advancement of innovative security technologies. This Call for Papers invites high-quality technical papers presenting novel research, practical solutions, systems, methodologies, and empirical results that advance the state of practical security. Authors are encouraged to present their abstracts and introductions in a clear and accessible manner that highlights the significance and broader relevance of their contributions to the security research community.

SVCC particularly welcomes research addressing emerging and cross-disciplinary security challenges, including AI and autonomous-agent security, software supply-chain security, confidential computing, zero-trust architectures, 5G/6G and IoT security, cyber-physical and embodied AI systems, and post-quantum security.
Paper Submission Information
The authors need to submit their original, unpublished papers along with an abstract of about 200 words to EasyChair. Submitted papers may not be accepted or under review elsewhere. Submissions should be in conference format (double blind reviewing) , should not use smaller than 10pt font size, and must be consistent with the IEEE conference format provided in the IEEE website https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html.
Number of Pages for Each Submission:
- **Research Papers: At least eight (8) pages but no more than twelve (12) pages.
- Workshop Papers: At least six (6) pages but no more than eight (8) pages.
- Poster Papers: At least two (2) pages but no more than three (3) pages.
- Industry Papers (Invited Only): At least two (2) pages but no more than three (3) pages.
**Double-Blind Review: Only Research Track papers are subject to double-blind review; workshop, poster, and industry papers are not. Authors must remove all identifying information, including names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and document metadata. Non-compliant papers may be rejected without further review.
