The 2nd International Conference on Signal Processing and Intelligent Computing (SPIC 2024) will be held in Guangzhou, China on September 20-22, 2024. As an annual conference, it will be held every year, with more than 500 scholars all around the world participating in. On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we warmly invite you, scientists, engineers or technicians, graduate students, or simply interested in the technique in Signal Processing and Intelligent Computing, to take part in this unique and innovative conference with your enthusiasm to develop, your desire to apply and your willingness to mature the techniques and their applications.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are encouraged to submit full original papers in the English language and not considered for publications elsewhere. At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present the paper at the conference in order that the paper is to be included in the program. The program will also be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore.
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers describing original research work in the English language and not considered for publications elsewhere.

Publication
The Proceedings of the Conference will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore. However, a few high quality papers may get an offer for inclusion in special editions of multiple reputed Journals (To be announced in August 2024).
Venue
The conference will be held from September 20th to 22th, 2024. The specific program will be notified in August, 2024.
