SMCA'2022 aims to bring together the stalwarts like leading computer scientists, mathematicians, and economists to share their knowledge, novel ideas and discuss the future development of strategic or incentives modeling in computing applications. This conference also strives to provide an opportunity for young researchers, academicians, and practitioners with multidisciplinary interests to meet and interact with members from myriads of disciplines.
The advances in the Internet and its technologies make it possible for geographically dispersed entities like mobile devices, sensor and IoT devices, and software agents to interact. These entities offer numerous services to similar entities and varied objects like end-users, organizations, businesses, etc., available at the Internet edge. In the new computing paradigm, these entities are autonomous decision-makers (likely self-interested) who work together for their owners in a centralized or decentralized fashion. The self-interested entities work for their respective owners to obtain individual goals. These individual goals may be opposite to socially desirable in a decentralized setting and may be of a central planner in a centralized setting. Therefore, it is important to model and analyze the interactions of multiple self-interested entities and provide design solutions to achieve system optima.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit papers for presentation at the conference, describing original, previously unpublished work, not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal. Authors can submit their paper in any one of the following modes:
- Online Proceedings: the paper submitted with this mode will be peer-reviewed and if selected will be included in the official CEUR-WS online proceedings.
- Oral Presentation: the paper submitted with this mode will be peer-reviewed, but will not be included in the official proceedings.
Submission Guidelines for Online Proceedings
We welcome short papers (extended abstracts) that present work-in-progress, preliminary, or interim results. Submitted papers should not be less than 5 and not more than 6 single-column pages in length (including bibliography). Authors are recommended to use CEUR's LaTeX style, available at https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/online-proceedings/bwszypjpytxp.
The authors in the paper should give meaningful affiliations. At least one of the authors should have Ph.D. and more than 4 papers indexed in DBLP (excluding ArXiv and other non-peer-reviewed papers).
We request the authors to submit the registration form after paper submission in EasyChair. The link is given below:

List of Topics
This conference aims to examine some recent developments in the interaction between emerging computer technologies, game theory, and economics. The focus will be on computer applications and technologies that heavily use game-theoretic and economics models. This conference will focus on finding relevant applications of game theory—not exclusively— on the following topics:
- BLOCKCHAIN
- INTELLIGENT COMPUTING
- SOCIAL COMPUTING
- COMPUTATIONAL ECONOMICS
- DISTRIBUTED COMPUTING
Publication
SMCA'2022 proceedings shall be submitted for online publication as a separate volume of CEUR Workshop Proceedings (ISSN 1613-0073, CEUR-WS.org). CEUR-WS Conference Proceedings have received Scopus, DBLP, and Google Scholar coverage.
Venue
Virtual Conference using Google Meet.
